Can't change the domain to add an email address

Recently, one of our clients was trying to add an email address account.

I am trying to add an email address to a domain. However, whenever I change the domain in the form to associate it with a specific domain, the same domain remains selected in the field above.

This kind of behavior may happen because there is an extension that is interfering with page functionality.  Typically, extensions that block advertising or scripting on the browser can cause this type of problem.

You can try to add the email address anyway with the selected domain. If it doesn't work the way it's supposed, we suggest disabling extensions in your browser for that particular webpage. You can also try a different profile or another browser without any extensions installed.
