Please note that not everything can be resolved promptly via Live Chat. If your issue requires further investigation, our staff will forward or instruct you to open a ticket so that our technical support may investigate more.
We are not able to provide any confidential account information via the live chat system for security reasons. We can only open a ticket or send an email with the requested sensitive information to the address listed as the primary email on your account.
What if the Live Chat is not available?
If we don't reply immediately, you can still leave us your message, and we will contact you back as soon as possible. In case it's urgent, please open a ticket instead with the corresponding priority.
